From the beginning Clarity was built on personalised service. 25 years later in 2023, that’s why we’re gearing up our teams once again.

We commonly hear feedback from customers who have had other systems about how difficult it is to get Support, or their configuration doesn’t work for them, or they haven’t been trained how to use the system, or they’re faced with massive module costs to add a simple feature they want unlocked, or they have to pay for version upgrades. In almost every case the consistent complaint is that there’s no-one to connect with to sort these issues out.

It’s easy to supply a system that does the core things well, but our systems are built on what our customers have asked us for – personally. Every hotel has its preferences and uniques, so we take on-board the things that make our customer’s tasks easy. If we don’t have something, we will also undertake changes to our software that you’ve requested – although that usually does take time.

Talking through the options initially gives us a good introduction to how you operate in your business. Once we know that we shape the configuration, fine tune it with you and we’ll be there when you go live. And if things change in your business, we’ll do it again, and again, and again...

And we’ll train you on how to use it. In person on-site, remotely, at your own pace or at ours – whatever works for you. Then there’s our online Knowledge Base to refresh what you know, answer quick questions, update you with new features, keep your staff up to date when you’re ready.

If you have a problem or a question, we’re there for you. Not some foreign call centre, but our own staff, 24 x7, just a phone call away. With direct knowledge of your system, your configuration, your business. And usually, it will be someone from our team who you know personally.

You’ll know them personally because we take pride in visiting our customers, knowing your setup, knowing you, being right there hands-on when your system goes in, and again when you’re trained, and when you need something unique or special, and when things change.
