Opting for reconstruction over new construction, this urban oasis, built to BREEAM Excellent standards, utilised 80% of the existing structure, which was repurposed to minimise adverseenvironmental impact.

Through biophilia-inspired design and practices, nature is intertwined into everything at 1 Hotels, and celebrating sustainability is intrinsic to 1 Hotel Mayfair’s design, layout, creativity, culture, storytelling and service. Over 500sqm of living green-trellised exterior walls transform former hard surfaces into natural vertical landscapes.
