With over 25 years in the Accounting & Finance world along with CIMA Scott has the perfect insight to be able to apply these skills to the recruitment world. Working through to management level has allowed him to work with very senior level roles and understand the full scale of the finance world. In recent roles Scott found his real passion in Finance Change, working on numerous high-profile roles and projects in this area. This opened his eyes to how vital Finance is to strategic decisions across every area of every business and the importance of making sure the right person is working in the right role.
