TU TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT

The project develops open spaces at Thammasat University under the TOD concept, with the Thammasat University station area classified as SU or Special use. This area will be a transit center station for traffic in areas with special area development projects. RECREATION AREA CO-WORKING SPACE (KNOWLEDGE HUB)

The project will be a new creative area that will connect the community to be able to use together. The area can be modified to form the area according to the needs and usage, can support all ages, and promote public transport and promote walking and bicycles.

Conceptual Plan

Commercial area will have a plaza that will be a welcome part and will also be a meeting point for users. There are restaurants and cafes with seats both indoor and outdoor. The center of the COMMERCIAL AREA will have a resting area and a music courtyard that can be used to organize other music or events according to the festival.

Transit Station is a waiting point for the Satha transport car. There will be a Cover way connecting the commercial area, which the Cover way will connect to the entrance to the residence. Inside there will be parking spaces that can be parked and used for electric trains. Or come to use the area Recreation Area other parts within the Recreation Area will have a children's playground, outdoor exercise area, And a resting area with shady.

DETAIL CO-WORKING AND CO-LEARNING CENTER

The Co-Working and Co-Learning center with in the area will have an activity building and an outdoor meeting or meeting area. This area can be used to perform activities or perform other activities, have a resting area, do homework or read books outdoor area which will connect to the outdoor exhibition area.

Detail Residence Area

The residence area can enter in 2 ways, with the entrance area providing security points so that others can not enter the residential area easily. Inside there are 4 buildings with facilities consisting of a swimming pool, and reating area, and garden area.
