DKIT BUILDING SURVEYING COURSE

The Postgraduate Diploma in Building Surveying in Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) is accredited by the SCSI. DkIT states that it equips graduates with the knowledge and skills to become a Chartered Building Surveyor through the SCSI. This Human Capital Initiative (HCI) Pillar 1, Springboard+ funded programme is a one-year, full-time conversion course, which the college states provides construction graduates with the necessary education for a successful career in building surveying. It has been developed as an alternative route into the building surveying profession other than the traditional undergraduate degree. This course allows students to participate online (full day Monday and half day Friday). This online delivery enables participants to continue to work while advancing their career as a property professional.
