From time to time, Home Office offers us the opportunity to earn an incentive that can play a significant role in our business. This month, we have a product incentive that is available to all of us! Let’s talk about why and how we can all earn it this month!
Why do we want to earn product incentives? Simple! They are almost always an upcoming customer special or hostess exclusive or somehow related to a special product promo that is going to be coming up. Home Office provides a way for us to earn these so we can get this product into our hands without having to invest our money in purchasing it. In fact, by meeting the earning requirements, you actually get paid to earn it! How cool is that? How will you earn the April Incentive? By submitting $1,000 in PV during the month of April, you will automatically qualify to earn the incentive. It’s as simple as that! No other requirements.

I’m often asked, beyond recruiting at parties, what are some other ways to find new team members? In my opinion, it’s all about finding a way to trigger conversations as you move through your life, interact at your kid’s school, church, shopping, etc.
Now, once you get one of these golden opportunities and you find the conversation turning towards business, keep it short and sweet and keep pivoting back to them! The best way to do that is to ask questions about their life and needs. Questions like “What do you do for a living?” or “How many kids do you have?” can often lead to conversations about how your business can support them. The more you can tie your information into what they share, instead of bombarding them with mind-numbing facts about the business plan, the more likely they’ll be to want to learn more.
Now, for the record, I am not suggesting you start assaulting someone in the grocery store line to share your opportunity. Having them approach you is a much better way to start the conversation.
