Grief Encounter is currently one of the UK’s largest and most holistic bereavement services, offering free support to families in the UK following the death of a loved one. Our services include on-going therapeutic support by a team of fully qualified counsellors as well as a full programme of groups, workshops, family events and resources reducing the isolation, fear, anger and emotional withdrawal that grief can induce. In addition, Grief Encounter operates a dedicated free National Helpline from 9am – 9pm weekdays where you can speak to a qualified Bereavement clinician. We support bereavement in the workplace through the training of line managers and teams, looking specifically at how to support a colleague following the death of a loved one.
