5 Canberra Balloon Spectacular
Early risers will be rewarded with a dawn skyline bejewelled by hot air balloons, with the annual Canberra Balloon Spectacular returning to the skies as part of the Enlighten Festival. Every morning from 11 to 19 March, hot air balloons will launch from Patrick White Lawns at around 7am (weather permitting), creating a visual spectacle of colour and movement across the city. There’s a hot breakfast for those who brave the early start, so set your alarms and send your eyes skyward.
