HELPING YOU REACH YOUR POTENTIAL
At Thomas Cook we are really passionate about giving all our colleagues the opportunity to progress and enhance their career in the amazing world of travel and far beyond. Research tells us though, in many different industries there are simply not enough women in senior roles and it has been proven that companies with a better balance are far more innovative and successful. The ‘Sponsoring Women to Success’ programme will give 15 women from across the business, the opportunity to be sponsored by an influential senior leader (just look over the page to find out who). Your sponsor will coach, mentor, and prepare you for the next stage of your career by helping you raise your profile and meet your full potential. Click the image to hear from Peter Frankhauser.
