FIRST INTERNATIONAL BACHELOR DEGREE IN COMMUNICATION & MEDIA IN FLANDERS Do you dream of an international career in the media or communications industry? Then International Communication & Media is just the programme you are looking for.
New in 2018, the programme is taught in English from the first year onwards. So you immediately get the full-blown international ànd intercultural experience. The first year serves as a general introduction to the world of communication. You will develop English language skills relevant for communication professionals. You work on real projects for real clients and follow master classes from the experts in your field. From the beginning, you receive insights to strategy in international communication, design and trends. You name it! In the first, second and third years, you and your fellow students will have the chance to go abroad. In the third year even for a 15-weeks internship. London? New York? Shanghai? Ambition is your middle name. After 3 years, you will have mastered all the skills and knowledge required to start a career in international communications.
YOUR PRACTICE INTERNSHIP ABROAD AT INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES From Norway to Spain, from New York to Cape Town ... Thanks to a four-month internship, you have an advantage over your fellow students. Moreover, you are often already offered a job during your internship.
FISH IN INTERNATIONAL WATER The focus is on gaining experience abroad: during the first year through study trips and international projects, and in the second year you study for one semester with one of our partners. During the third year, you complete an internship abroad and you graduate with an international portfolio.

WHERE CAN YOU START?
You have a range of international career opportunities, for example as a communications manager, PR collaborator, event producer or content manager. Together with a fluid proficiency in English, your international and intercultural experience are an additional asset in the job market.
