Isuzu Ute Australia has been named ‘Car Manufacturer of the Year’ at the annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards for the second year in succession and third time overall. Isuzu’s overall customer satisfaction rating of 96.1 per cent last year was also an improvement on their winning rating of 94.9 per cent in 2020. “We are honoured to be recognised as Australia’s Car Manufacturer of the Year by Roy Morgan,” said Isuzu UTE Australia’s Managing Director, Hiroyasu Sato. “This back-to-back award is testament to the quality and consistency of service provided at each of our 155 dealership sites.”
