HOW TO BID: PHONE/ABSENTEE | ONLINE

Fill out our Phone/Absentee Bidder registration form online or call 207-354-8141 to register over the phone. We require current contact information and a valid credit card. If we do not have a credit card number, your registration is not complete. All registration forms must be received no later than noon on the day preceding the auction. Bid forms received the day of the auction MAY NOT BE PROCESSED. Buyer’s Premium is 20% for phone or in-house absentee bids.
ONLINE
We offer three online platforms that allow you to leave an absentee bid and/or to bid live online during the auction*. Thomaston Live is our own in-house platform and is accessed through our online catalog. We also list our auctions on Live Auctioneers and Invaluable. Each platform has its own registration procedures. Buyer’s Premium is 25% for online absentee or live bids.
IN PERSON
Registration is open from the Monday prior to the auction through the end of the auction. You must register at our Front Desk with a valid driver’s license or other form of identification. Seats may be reserved by calling our gallery prior to the auction.
*Registering to bid through our online platform is separate from phone or absentee bidder registration. If you have registered as an absentee/phone bidder, you are not automatically registered to bid on Thomaston Live and vice versa.
