Once we have found a prospective tenant, we will collect references and carry out credit checks. Once all paperwork is satisfactory, we will prepare the Lease Agreement (if required) and prepare a detailed Condition Report.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
We’ll collect rent from your tenant(s) with funds transferred into your account each month. We’ll also handle the deposit and lodge this with My Deposits Jersey on your behalf.
Tenancy Renewals Vacating
Automatic re-marketing at least two months before the existing tenant leaves to ensure your property is less-likely to be untenanted for a period of time.
A full exit inspection which will include an Exit Report to ensure your property has been left in a good condition, no damage has been caused and that it has been professionally cleaned.
