Thompson’s Gallery are proud to reintroduce its Scottish Exhibition. Once a staple in our annual calendar, the Scottish Exhibition was a chance to showcase the very best in Scottish artistic talent. Many of the artists represented have been shown in the gallery since John and Susan Thompson first opened their doors in 1983. The revival of this exhibition is intended as a statement on the strength of Scottish art today; the artists predominantly work in the traditions of figurative and landscape paintings building on a narrative based in their Scottish heritage. We’re delighted to be working alongside who specialise in the sale of Scottish contemporary art outside of Scotland, with pop up exhibitions, nationally and internationally. “Our passion for sourcing Scottish Art for our clients outside Scotland has often lead us to Thompson’Gallery in London and so it is with great pleasure we are joining with them in presenting this interesting Exhibition of new Scottish work.” Amanda Brock Peter Howson obe Male Head Pastel 12 x 9 inches
