There are plenty of dangers of silicon breast implants, enough to make any woman worry about whether or not she should get them. Danger 4: Capsular Contracture Capsular Contracture is a situation in which the scar tissue tightens the silicon implant inside of your breast. This causes an infection to begin and can also cause severe pain. A woman in this condition will definitely need surgery to remove the offending implant and will probably also need antibiotics in order to stop the infection from causing other health problems.
