Our consultant will spend time getting to know you, understanding your working practices and identifying the key drivers for the project and the needs of your employees.
We’ll visit the site and take accurate measurements.
We’ll share colour schemes and furniture ideas to gain an understanding of your preferred designs and visions. At this point we’ll also talk about your budgetary and timing requirements.
Our design team will provide a selection of proposed layouts turning your aspirations into reality.
We’ll provide detailed space planning solutions, furniture and fabric samples, scale drawings and 3D visualisations.
Recommendations will be made for colour schemes, interior design, furniture styles and wall graphics.

Authority approval and planning applications are obtained, where needed.

We oversee all aspects of the fit out process, including suppliers and contractors.
Once the work is finished, snag free, and you are 100% happy, we will complete a handover.
A full O&M manual (Operation and Maintenance) is issued for your future reference.
A detailed timetable of works is scheduled and agreed in order to deliver the project on time and within budget.
Our team will continue to support you and provide an on-going aftercare service.
