Even if a home is priced correctly and professionally prepared, if it is not marketed to the right people at the right time, you run the risk of leaving money on the table. Thrive Advisors leverage both online and offline marketing strategies to ensure your home is promoted to the right people at the right time.

More goes into negotiation than is commonly understood. Unfortunately, many sellers (and agents) focus too heavily on negotiating the price. Through the years we’ve developed negotiation tactics that not only net you the most for your home, but also shift some of the risk back to the buyer.

DUE DILIGENCE There is much to overcome during the Due Diligence phase: title work, HOA documentation (if applicable), inspections, property history documents, repairs, and appraisals are the most common hurdles to navigate. CLOSING The closing is the final step in the process.
