ABOUT USÂ AIESEC in FTU HCMC AIESECÂ in Foreign Trade University Ho Chi Minh City was officially established in October 2009 and became the first stable universitybased branch in Vietnam. During 8 years, we have experienced sustainable growth in both quantity and quality.
INCOMING GLOBAL VOLUNTEER We are leading exchange results in Vietnam. In the last National Conference 2017, our iGV was honoured Best iGV Award of AIESEC in Vietnam. We are known as an innovative Local Chapter who take risks and try new implementation.

Youth Gets Real
Youth Gets Real is a project for young Vietnamese people to exchange cultures and develop themselves through sharing activities. We create an Englishspeaking environment for university students in provinces where there is limited access to English education and foreigners are treated like celebrities. With enthusiasm and friendliness, students here can not wait to meet and to exchange cultures with interns. Therefore, we are looking for interns from all around the world to help us with this journey.
Why YOUTH GETS REAL PROJECT ?
Situation Children as well as young people in provinces are very shy when it comes to English communication and public speaking because they don't have the chance to practice these skills. English Clubs have been organized as a solution to this problem, but we still need more interns to make this mission come true.
Vision With Youth Gets Real Project, we are planning to create an English speaking environment for all of the children and students here. With your help, we could make their future become brighter than ever.

JOB DESCRIPTION Exchange Activities Share in “Speaking and Listening” classes of student and exchange cultures via weekly English topics Build interesting activities in order to interact with students and lecturers in classes
Charity Work Teach local pupils and disadvantaged children at voluntary classes in provinces to trigger their confidence and efficiency in English communication Build amusing and attractive entertainment activities in classes for pupils.
Requirement Having Intermediate English level Being able to adapt to low-standard living conditions Attending at least 70% of AIESEC activities and 100% of teaching schedule

ABOUT OUR PROVINCES
The area is considered to be good cropland, and agriculture is an important industry in the province. Provinces' weather with regular sunshine, rain, and high humidity, equally found in the localities, facilitates agricultural production, industrial development, and tourism activities.
