KEY QUALIFICATIONS 10 years experience with policy influencing & advocacy for environmental management: situation & stakeholder analysis, strategy formulation, organisational assessment, policy processes, messaging & communications, resource mobilization, implementation, monitoring/evaluation/indicator development. 20 years working experience in project/programme management in international development cooperation, notably in the fields of Environmental Management and environment policy mainstreaming; institutional and organisational assessments in post-conflict contexts, rural & sustainable livelihoods development. 15 years experience with project cycle management: project identification, formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Over 15 years of Strategic planning and Financial management of UNDP, UNEP, UNOPS projects and programmes. 5 years experience with Post-conflict Environmental Assessment, institutional and organisational assessments. 10 years experience with Post conflict issues & Transitional Governments Strengthening the Results Based Management and Results and Resources Frameworks of the UNDP Poverty Environment Initiative (composed of 25 country projects, 4 regional programmes and 1 global component). Provided technical assistance and capacity building to government (national & sub-national) & NGO staff promoting management & leadership skills, vision development, outcome mapping, good governance, accountability & transparency. Managed projects in rural & social development, micro finance, Village Savings, Self Help Affinity Groups & reduction of social disparities and conflict resolution.
