FROM 09/2015 I STARTED TO WORK FULL- TIME AS AN ARCHITECT FOR G8A ARCHITECTURE & URBAN PLANNING (OFFICE IN HANOI). BECAUSE GROUP8 IS AN INTERNATIONAL FIRM, EMPHASIS IS PLACED ON PROJECTS IN SINGAPORE AND SWITZERLAND SO I HAVE A GOOD CHANCE TO STUDY, SOLVE VARIOUS KINDS OF PROJECTS TO IMPROVE IN THE INTERNATIONAL AMBIENT. TO THE WEST, THE BUILDING REMAINS AT A REASONABLE DISTANCE FROM THE OLD BUILDING THAT ENHANCES ACCESS TO THE SCHOOL COMPLEX FROM THE OAK AVENUE. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE SOUTHERN PART AND BY ITS IMPLANTATION NATURALLY EXTENDS THE URBAN PLANNING OF THE VILLAGE. THE PL AYGROUND OF THE SCHO OL SUBT LY EM ERGES FRO M THE N ATUR AL GROUND, CRE ATING A NE W H O RIZONTA LIT Y IN THE L ANDSCAPE. AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT, THERE WERE 2 SEMI-DETACHED VILLAS WITH SYMMETRICAL GROUND THAT LACKED FLEXIBILIT Y IN USE AND DID NOT TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE CAPABILITIES THAT THE PROJECT COULD BRING. IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE THE REAL VALUE FOR THE HOUSE, A STRONG PERSONALITY WITH THE APPROPRIATE FUNCTIONS FOR INTERCONNECTED SPACES, THE ARCHITECT REALLY TURNED 2 DUPLEX VILLAS INTO ONE BLOCK. FROM ARCHITECTURE TO FURNITURE TO LANDSCAPE. THE FAÇADE IS A PERFECT COMBINATION OF STONE MATERIALS WITH THE SAME COLOR SCHEME TO CREATE ELEGANCE AT FIRST SIGHT. IN THE INTERIOR DESIGN, THE LIVING ROOM SPACE PRIORITIZES THE FLOOR SPACE TO CONNECT THE FIRST FLOOR AND CREATE COMMUNICATION WITH THE 2ND FLOOR SPACES, THUS ENSURING PRIVACY BUT STILL MAXIMIZING THE VIEWING ANGLE. IN PARTICULAR, TO BRING THE DEEPEST IMPRESSION TO THE WHOLE PROJECT, A GLASS-STEEL STAIRCASE WITH STRONG FEATURES SUCH AS A HIGHLIGHT IS PLACED IN THE BUFFER BETWEEN THE SEMI-OUTDOOR POOL AND INDOOR SPACE. THEREFORE, IT IS NOT ONLY THE MOST IMPORTANT ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENT IN THE DESIGN - ENSURING PERFECT CONNECTIVITY BUT STILL HONORING AESTHETICS. THIS FACTOR IS LIKE A MISSING ENDING FOR A DESIGN PROCESS TO EXPLORE THE TIRELESS BEAUTY OF THE ARCHITECT FOR THE PROJECT.



THE REQUIREMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT BASED ON E XISTING ELEMENTS TO BRING A FRESH FEELING IN DESIGN IS A CREATIVE AND CAREFUL JOB. IN RESPONSE TO THAT REQUEST, THE ARCHITECT CREATED A HARMONIOUS BUILDING BASED ON THE MOST BASIC ELEMENT OF THE ARCHITECTURE - THE DOOR FRAME. THROUGH THE LAYERS OF MOLD, SPACE CLUSTERS HAVE JUST BEEN CLOSELY LINKED, BUT STILL CLEARLY D E L I N E AT E D, C R E AT I N G A H A R M O N I O U S ARCHITECTURAL WHOLE.
