Our Pizza
From the oval shape of our gourmet pizzas to each hand signed delivery box, our pies are far from ordinary. We use only the freshest, all-natural and organic ingredients, like free range chicken, organic roasted Portobello mushrooms, natural cheese, and many more. Available in our special shape, exclusively on our signature thin crust, we proudly offer a variety of premium specialty pizzas such as BBQ Chicken, Sausage and Tricolor Peppers, Farmer’s Market pizza, and more.
Our Sauce
Our trademark pizza sauce is made fresh in-house using 100% certified organic ingredients (Yes! It is even USDA Certified Organic), all the way down to the oil and spices. We are proud to use our “super-secret” Romano family recipe. All of our organic tomatoes are hand-picked and sorted at the height of freshness. Our founder, Vaughan, has even spent many a day picking the tomatoes along side with the farmers getting to know our food’s quality and origins even better.
Our Dough
Hand-made fresh every single day, our Original Organic crust is made from the finest certified organic flour, and adds a perfect crispy goodness to all of our vibrant, fresh organic toppings and sauces. Our multi-grain crust boasts seven different whole grains which are both healthy and taste great with any of our pizzas. We also proudly serve up a glutenfree crust for individuals with gluten intolerance.
Our Toppings
Our high quality, hormone-free meats are pure, tender, and flavorful. They’re sourced from farms that feed the animals a vegetarian diet and are free from antibiotics and added hormones. We also use all-natural, free-range chicken for our pizzas, salads and sandwiches. Our vegetables are 100% certified organic and are sourced within 25 miles of our restaurants, agriculturally permitting. Sourcing locally helps us to reduce our carbon footprint, support the local economies of our restaurants, and serve our guests the most delicious and freshest vegetables possible.
