Franck Charpentier, Executive Chef, embellishes the traditional hotel brunch, by incorporating truffles - the black diamonds of the Vaucluse, VendĂŠen foie gras, Breton lobster, snow crab, Breton langoustines, Prat-Ar-Coum oysters, and wild sea bass. A matured cheese platter from Picardy will precede the sweets and chocolates prepared by our Pastry Chef StĂŠphane Revers.
