The soaring phenomenon of traveling, tetris hotel provides additional alternative in the form of budget hotel. Some of the main triggers such as adventurous, thrifty and moody are characteristic of youth backpackers when traveling. Tetris is expected to facilitate and communicate in both directions with the user and also mutually beneficial. Issues that have been outlined above relate to each other, when the issue of thrifty or costless and like to interact paired will give the option of a large space and can be inhabited by many people.

People who are interested in new things will be pursing the option form of a new room layout. When the two options this solution sought possibilities diameter, will get a new living room typology than a small box space. By finding the most efficient module (2.5 x 2.5), further modules to get the type of the desired room type. There are 3 types room for young people and 1 type room with fewer units are designated for families or those who want more privacy. The fanaticism of youth to the social world will be filled by new experiences when staying at this hotel, their post will also increase the selling value and advertise this hotel. There are three modules, guest room modules, bathroom modules and vertical transportation modules. Formation of the modules produces various shapes, the space which generated by module outside the room can be enabled as a terrace and open dining room.

Changbai Mountains is a fascinating mountain forest where has mysterious, strange peaks, magnificent waterfalls, huge mountain lake, unique volcanic landscape and rare plants and animals so that it is an endless treasure and a natural museum. There are four seasons in the mountain and the weather varies from one place to another. To maximize the potential of the land, the hotel was not built in mass intact, but scattered. Consisted of two towers, the main tower serves as a reservation hall, lobby to the guestroom unit and uses to cross from the each dock. Guestroom unit is operated by a cable machine and the stucture look like grains of snow. Guestroom can choose which areas they will be occupied. Hotel provides more than 50 units located in 10 hectares of land. To protect the privacy of the occupants , each dock are placed as far as approximately 30 m.

Each guest room unit can accommodate 2 adult and one infant and equipped with portable queen bed, television and portable bathroom. Utility systems have been designed to match the dock that is already placed before in the field. In every port there is also an area for relaxing and a bonfire. With a double membrane system and airtight, each guestroom units are expected to remain comfortable despite being in extreme temperatures. Most of our tent membrane made of translucent membrane so that the guest can enjoy the beautiful Changbai Mountain from outside and inside the tent. The hotel does not provide any kinds of other artificial entertainment facilities, designers appreciate the atmosphere and scenery provided by Changbai Mountain itself. Our hotel offers a quiet jungle life, private and comfortable.

My final project talk a lot on the page of others faith. Located in keputih cemetery complex surabaya with total area more 2 than 14.000 m, the service is limited by the projected demand until 2030. it will accommodate some particular beliefs; Hindu, Christian, etc. When the function is fulfilled by the capacity of 150 mourners each room and is equipped with modern cremation machine, the purpose of the crematorium itself blurred, for what and whom? Imagine, every person who died attended by 10 people, when projected to the number of users of the service in a month (60) at least 600 people had come. Based on my personal experience, Jala Pralaya Surabaya crematorium, is not the last place with your lovely one, dark smoke, the sound of cracking bones and internal organs erupt. The theme of resilience itself is taken from the dictionary of psychology, the resurrection.

Defining the zone is based on my personal experience, where each phase has specific activities, each activity has architectural approach based on its spatial type. This approach is a method to create its own architecture, in conclusion this building form is coming from a chronological sequence of activity. First, the initial conditions where the presence of other people's grief is only a symbol of togetherness (enclosed horizontal). Activity continues into the arrival hall, with the dominance of horizontal lines and a solid form speaking about toughness. Mourners are directed to feel the spatial differences, as a transitional phase from preparation to main ceremony. In contrast to the crematorium which is identical with a blink, this crematorium finished in natural concrete color. 2-3 hours later the mourners will conduct the cremation ceremony in the main room. With a ceiling height of more than 12m, mourners stimulated to remove the ego, feel small and obscure the horizontal side fellow humans (enclosed vertical) After that,the temple and a lounge area presented with the semi-outdoor room, to reinstate the sense, from what is seen and heard. For some beliefs (Hindu) cremation ceremony will be finished by “melarung”, sowing ashes in the river. The last part of the story, where mourners will spend a lot more time to tell their story, the plants presented more intense to stimulate their senses. Stablizing means to rewrite earthÂ’s physical and atmospheric condition back to thousand years ago. terraforming means to equalize atmospheric condition of mars so that earthlings able to continue living. Homiesphere consist of three rings on each planet; one ring of energy and two colony rings.

MARS We found a new home, Mars. Mars is the most earth-like planet in our solar system that human ever step foot on. It also have almost similar planet s composition to earth s. But the biggest challenge is the atmosphere.
FUNCTION : STABILIZING
Mars current atmospheric condition is 96% carbon dioxide, 1,93% argon, 1,89% hydrogen and only 0,145% oxygen. Mars temperature range is between -140 and 30 degree Celcius. Harsh enough, isn t it? That s why we need a copy-paste machineto scan our liveable atmosphere and reinstall it in mars. That maachine is Homiesphere. For decades of progress, Homiesphere will do this job. Time by time Mars will reapply Earth s atmospheric condition back in thousandyears ago.
Earth recently condition; Global temperature increase 6,4 deree Celcius by a century ahead, Sea acidification increase by 30%, Availability of fresh water become less than 2,5%, Carbon dioxide in the air increaase by 398,5 ppmv, Arctic sea ice decline by 13,7% in a decade, Sea level rise 3,17mm per year and only 1,5 million square root forest remaining. Our home is gradually damaged.

Projected 200 years ahead, earth will be ready for an apocalypse. The global temperature will increase up to 51,2 degree Celcius at average, The Arctic sea ice will totally vanish and will rise the sea level more than 2,5 meter. Earth is no longer liveable.

Power ring works a central command to control and make sure all rings works as it ts. This ring also has to run fussion reaction as a secondary fuel. The main power source is coming from the sun's radiation using solar panel. This power rings can be colonized up to 4.000.000.000 earthlings.Earth's ring has the ability to scan all aspect of earth's condition and transfer it to mars's power ring. This ring will rotate following north and south axis to get a clear shot of earth's condition. After scanning proccess is done, it has to rejuvenate earth's physical condition back before it got damaged.

Colony rings has a total 4.000.000.000 M2 of living area and populated up to 4.000.000.000 earthlings. It will take 10 years of time to transport earthlings from earth to each ring using civil space air craft. The rings rotate continuously with two different side of axis to get a clear image of earth. Colony ring has its own power source from solar panel and sometimes takes the secondary power from each power ring. After mars's terraforming is over, earthlings will be transported to mars and the unoccupied earth's colony ring will optimally rotating to rejuvenate earth. And mars's colony ring become an atmospheric shield to protect this planet and earthlings. The civil space air craft used to transporting earthlings from earth to earth's and mars's rings between the proccess of terraforming mars. Antarctic is a changeable place. The weather can rapidly shift from clear blue skies and sunshine to snowy blizzards and foggy. Our main task is to make a durable, adaptable and easy-constructed station that will well-adapted to strong wind and low temperature. Easy-constructed means that the station has to be flexibly moved to one and another place. We make the module as movable as it could by 3 kinds of transportation. So we took the smallest module in each transportation to make the main core module. It is possible to deliver it by helicopter, ship or ground transportation.Every unit is prefabricated. It is delievered as a package of one square box (3m x 3m) which could be expanded by 2,5m each side. Due to the fragility of the Antarctic environment, we choose kind of vehicle which is easily movable and have sustainable technologies to reduce the ecological footprint. We use hydraulic telescopic support and avio bridge system the expanded frame from the main module as durability aspect.To deal with the low temperature, Indoor walls are equipped by heat insulation material which are polyurethane foam and fiberglass. Solar panel walls facing on the outside, which is capable to gather environmentÂ’s energy and convert it to the heat and electricity for a basic necessaries.

There has been a rise in the amount of waste being generated daily by each household all over the world. This waste is ultimately thrown into municipal waste collection centres from where it is collected by the area municipalities to be further thrown into the landfills and dumps. If at this stage the waste keep on piling up but the management and disposal is improperly done, it can cause serious impacts on health and problems to the surrounding environment. In particular, organic domestic waste poses a serious threat, since they ferment, creating conditions favourable to the survival and growth of microbial pathogens, and can pollute the air and the water. In the long term of time, the piles of organic domestic waste will affect public health. Diseases caused by untreated piles of waste including typhus, dysentrie, diarrhea, etc. Unfortunately, many places still suffering the same problem, waste have been discharged into the landfill without any treatment. There is a large amount of waste in Surabaya, especially organic waste. It was left pilled up in both temporary and final landfill, whereas it can be recycled before. Even other types of waste such plastic, wood, paper, metal, etc. can be reused too. Then the root of this problem mainly from inefficient waste management system.The waste source should be reduced, at least, the waste management system. Our goals are reduce the trash volume in landfill to prevent other new landfills, which will probably meet the same fate and solve public health issue by change the mindset of people about trash and apply our strategy to Reduce, Remodel, Relocate

RELOCATE DISTRIBUTING WASTE THAT STILL WORTH FOR RECYCLE. Surabaya has a large amount of waste that still worth for recycle. After being divided on each scale, the specified waste should be optimally distributed to the right place on the larger scale. Compostable waste (kitchen waste, garden waste) sent to place where can turn it into compost. Recycable waste (paper, glass, metal, plastic) sent to place where can reuse it into something worth, here we can see the private sector play his role directly. Then we send non compostable-recycable waste (e-waste, textile) into final landfill for further managed by both government and private sector, prepared to be exported to other countries which need waste for producing their energy, such Sweden.

To change perception of society we should make them to think and to feel first that a waste is not just a waste, it can be something worth unite with our daily life. Hence, we utilize the place where connected to both people and waste everyday to become urban landscape with unused material from waste it self. Indeed this way can saving the cost for additional benefit. REDUCE SORTING THE WASTE TO HELP REDUCING PILLING UP IN FINAL LANDFILL (TPA Benowo). By sorting and treating the waste on each scale then relocate and remodel it, we can reduce the volume of waste which sent to TPA Benowo.

Deal with odor by using two main materials; charcoal and old newspaper. We use old newspaper in anorganic waste system since it has less odor than organic one. Then we use charcoal (active carbon), made by unused wood waste, in organic waste system. Not only that, but also we use specified vegetation which are able to eliminate odor as well as to decorate. Thus we can simply make a comfort environment of urban landscape.

Parklets are public seating platforms that convert curbside parking spaces into vibrant community spaces. Standardized parklet designs may be made available by the city to make the program more appealing and affordable, repurposes underutilized street space into neighborhood amenities. By converting one or two parking spots into public space, parklets extend the sidewalk and provide enhancements like seating, landscaping, bike parking, and art. the Parklet Program allows the community to participate in the beautification of the public realm. Originally developed as a place for pedestrians to sit and relax, we are incorporating some trash can into the parklet platforms to support this system. The trash can divided into 2 modules, 760x760x680 for paper, can and plastic waste; and 880x1160x680 for organic waste. To minimize new resources, our SUBparklet module basically made by wood pallete, which is a recyclabe material, and easily-found unused tire and pipe.
