SALTED STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
1 1/2 ounces White Rum 1 ounce rich simple syrup 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed 4 to 5 large strawberries 4-5 cubes of Ice Pink Himalayan rock salt or white rock salt garnish with strawberry & mint leaves Rim glass with a wedge of lime, place glass on a plate of pink Himalayan rock salt to rim. In a blender add the rum, small pinch of salt, simple syrup, lime juice and strawberries with 5 to 6 ice cubes and blend until smooth. Garnish with strawberry and sprig of mint. Simple syrup recipe - bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a boil, let cool and refrigerate. PA G E | 5

Watermelon Lemonade - Pitcher
6 cups cubed seedless watermelon 1 frozen can of pink lemonade 4 cups cold water 1 bunch of fresh mint 1 fresh lime 1 slice of seedless watermelon (garnish) Ice and fresh mint for serving
Instructions Add watermelon to a blender and pulse until well pureed (about 4 cups). Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl. In a large pitcher add 1 cup of loose mint leaves, 1 can of frozen pink lemonade, 4 cups of water, the juice from 1 squeezed lime and the pureed watermelon. Gently bruise the mint leaves with a wooden spoon to release their oils while stirring ingredients together. Store in refrigerator. Serve in a tall glass with ice and garnish with watermelon slice and sprig of mint. PA G E | 1 0

PEACH SANGRIA - Pitcher 3 peaches (thinly sliced) 1 red apple (thinly sliced) 1 pear (thinly sliced) 1 cup white grape juice 1 cup peach nectar juice 1 bottle Pinot Grigio Bubbly water to top for bubbles Instructions Place all ingredients in a pitcher and stir to combine. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours for best taste. Serve over ice with sliced peach, apple and pear in your favorite glass!
