Belgium The typical lunch recipe of Belgium Sandwich smos Smos sandwich or smoske is a Flemish term for a sandwich or a piece of baguette topped with vegetables and sliced egg. The name comes from the Flemish word ' smossen,’ which means mess. There is so much between the bun stabbed that while you are eating. That with the whole bun is often tampered with. The first roll is covered with mayonnaise and then topped with vegetables. The vegetables are usually lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. There is usually a salad, ham, cheese or both between done. For example: smoske Crab Salad or smoske cheese,… Prepare Take a bun or sandwich. Lubricate the bun with mayonnaise. Each bun with 1 leaf lettuce, 3 slices of tomato, cucumber, egg, cheese and ham.
England An English Roast Dinner! Ingredients: Pork steak Carrots Potatoes Stuffing mix Broccoli Gravy Apple Sauce • Peel and prepare the carrots and potatoes and then slice into pieces. • Cut broccoli and put in a steamer. (don’t steam for too long or it will go mushy!) • Steam the carrots. • Prepare the stuffing mix by emptying the packet into a bowl and pour on hot water and mix. • Then put stuffing mix into a baking tray and heat in the oven. • Grill or bake the pork steak. • Roast the potatoes in a hot oven. • Then take the pork juices from the baking tray and mix with gravy powder and water. • Serve!

A GREEK TRADITIONAL RECIPE: STUFFED TOMATOES AND PEPPERS WITH RICE Portions: 6 Preparation time: 1 hour Baking time: 1h. 45 min. Ingredients 6 big tomatoes 6 big peppers 2 tablespoons of tomato paste 1 ¼ cup of olive oil 1 cup of grated onion 1 ½ cup of Carolina rice 2/3 cup of well-chopped parsley 2 tablespoons of peppermint 4 big tomatoes Salt, pepper Procedure Wash the tomatoes and peppers Cut the upper part of each tomato and pepper without cutting completely the lid , remove the inside of the tomatoes with a teaspoon and keep it. Beat the inside of the tomatoes with the tomato paste in an electric mixer. Pour half the amount of olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions .Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper and cook the sauce for 10 min. Remove the saucepan from the eye cooker, keep 1/3 of this sauce add rice, parsley, peppermint in the saucepan and mix with a wooden spoon. Fill 3/4 of the tomatoes and peppers with the mixture and place them on a baking tray. Peel the potatoes and cut them in 6 pieces each , place them between the tomatoes and peppers and pour them with the tomato sauce you have kept. Pour the remaining amount of olive oil on tomatoes and peppers and sprinkle salt and pepper. Bake at 180 C for 1 hour and 45 min. or until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup of water - kali orexi !!!!

Iceland Icelandic Meatsoup Ingredients: 750 g lamb meat 1 ½ l water 1-2 tsp salt 2-3 tbsp rice 1big beet 5-6 carrots ½ head white cabbage soup herbs (at your taste) Method: 1. Rinse the meat before putting it in a meat pot and put the water and salt in it. When it boils then turn down the heat but keep it boiling. 2. Rinse the vegetables and cut it down. 3. Boil the meat at low heat for about 1 hour. When it is about 20-30 minutes left then put the vegetables, rice and the soup herbs in the pot. 4. When everything is in then stir little bit in the soup so the vegetable and the herbs mix well with the water. 5. When the soup is done then put soup, meat and vegetables on a soup plate and enjoy
Norway PIRATE FOOD FROM BODØ Ingredients (1 portion) 50 g cod 50 g salmon 50 g broccoli ½ carrot 2 small potatoes Few rings with leek Little salt and pepper How to make it: Cut the fish in slices Cut the vegetables in small bouquets or slices Put fish and vegetables on an oiled grill foil. Add some salt and pepper and pack the foil together. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes at 220° or on the barbeque or a fireplace. Enjoy your meal
