SPANISH POTATO OMELETTE

Ingredients • 2 Potatoes • 2 Eggs • 30 cl Olive oil • Salt Preparation • Peel the potatoes • Chop the potatoes • Beat the eggs • Mix the eggs and the potatoes in a bowl • Add salt • Put olive oil on the frying pan • Fry the omelette on both sides • Serve the omelette on the plate Alejandro Reyes Benítez 2º ESO


Chickpeas stew •

Ingredients

- 500g chickpeas - 1 green pepper - 1 red pepper - 1 small onion - 1 tomato - 1 garlic bulb - paprika - salt - oil - water - potatoes

• Preparation 1. Soak the chickpeas with salt the last night. 2. Put the chickpeas in a put with all the ingredients. 3. Boil an hour. 4. Add the potatoes. 5. Take the pot off the heat and let thicken.

TORTELLINIS

500g tortellinis 200g butter 300g mushrooms 1 onion Liquid cream

Preparation • • • • • • • •

Put the tortellinis in the boiling water. Mix 10 minutes. Add the butter. Cut the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms with cream in a big frying pan. Add mince onion and fry. Mix the tortellinis with the frying. And ready to eat! Juan Chaparro Zarzuela 2º ESO

1 potato 2 or 3 eggs Oil Salt

Preparation : • • • • • • • •

Peel the potato. Chop the potato in small strips. Fry them in the frying pan. Beat the eggs. Add the eggs to the potatoes. Add salt. Mix the eggs to the potatoes. Serve the potatoes scrambled on a plate.

Peel the potatoes. Chop the potatoes in small pieces. Wash the potatoes in the bowl. Fry the potatoes in the frying pan. Take out the potatoes when they are golden. Beat the eggs. Crisp with rum truffles

Ingredients: - 200g chocolate. - 50g cream. - 50g rum. - 1 orange. - 7g honey. Preparation: ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪

Heat the cream with the honey and the orange rind. Chop the chocolate. Add hot cream. Mix them. Add the rum. Cool the mixture. Make balls. Sprinkle the chocolate

PINEAPPLE CREAM

1 big pineapple. 3 eggs. 6 spoonfuls of sugar. 1 ½ glass of milk. 2 spoonfuls of flour.

Preparation: − − − − − − − −

Take the pineapple pulp. Make a purée with the pulp. Prepare a cream with the rest of the ingredients. Heat the cream on the fire. Thick the cream. Add the purée of the pineapple. Mix. Serve very cold.

Rice pudding

Ingredientes:

- 1l milk - 200g rice - 120 g sugar - 25g butter - 2 sticks cinnamon - lemon peel - ground cinnamon

- Put in a pan: milk, sugar, lemon peel and ground cinnamon - Heat the mix - Wash the rice - Add the rice - Let the rice stand during 50- 60 min. - Take away the fire - Let it stand 5 min.

OIL CAKES

Ingredients: -

100g oil skin of ½ lemon 40 g aniseed and anisette 360g flour 20g yeast 140g water 10 g sesame 30g sugar a pinch of salt

Preparation: 1 .Put the skin of lemon in a glass (5 minutes). 2. Add the aniseed and anisette. 3. Take away the skin. 4. Cool the mix. 5. Put oil, sugar, water, salt, yeast and flour. 6. Let the mixture stand in the glass. 7. Preheat and roll flat the oven a 220º degrees. 8. Chop the dough. 9. Add sugar top. 10. Bake (5 or 6 minutes).

175g chocolate 30g butter 80 sugar 4 eggs 1 small glass of liquor Chocolate shavings

Heat the chocolate in a double boiler Remove Beat the yolks eggs Add the sugar and the yolks Add the liquor Cool the mixture Beat the white eggs. Add the chocolate. Mix all the ingredients Put in the fridge Leticia Mesa Zarzuela 2º ESO


Rice pudding

Ingredients: − 1/2 of milk. − 200 g of rice. − 1 lemon skin. − 1 stick of cinnamon. − 230 g of sugar. − Cinnamon in powder. Preparation: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8.

Put the milk to heat 5 minutes. Add the lemon skin and the stick cinnamon. Stir smoothly with a ladle. Add the sugar. Stir again. Let the mixture stand during 60 minutes over a low heat. Put in a glass container. Cool and serve. Diego Sierra Valero 2º ES0


LEMON CAKE · Ingredients: - Three eggs - One lemon yogurt - One packet of yeast - Oil - Sugar - Flour - Greated lemon
