VIEW OF ‘DE ROTTERDAM’ The Wilhelminapier, Rotterdam, The Netherlands

‘DE ROTTERDAM’ - VERTICAL CITY ‘De Rotterdam’ is a unique building on the Wilhelminapier, along the banks of the river Maas. This joint project by OVG Real Estate and MAB Development is in the centre of Rotterdam, right next to the famous Erasmus bridge. The building is designed by Rem Koolhaas (OMA Architects) and is a sustainable multifunctional eye-catcher which effortlessly combines world-class offices, luxury apartments, a NHow 4-star design hotel, cafés and restaurants, leisure facilities and cultural institutions. This mix of facilities and a surface area which is unprecedented in size (160.000 m2) make ‘De Rotterdam’ a truly Vertical City.
