To assist in streamlining the moving process, we’ve created this guide of suggested vendors to provide you with important contact information and helpful resources. To schedule your move you will need to notify the Property Manager
at least one week prior in order to coordinate access to your residence as well as necessary protective pads for elevator walls. Contact information for the Mac Triplett Property Manager is forthcoming and will be passed along to you as soon Director of Sales

Utilities The local Electric company is SCE&G. You will need to contact them directly to set up your service. Cable, phone, and Internet are included within your HOA dues, but you will still need to contact the bulk center directly at the number below to set up your service.

Contents Insurance Your HOA dues cover flood, wind, and homeowner’s insurance, but do not cover a standard HO-6 policy for personal contents, which each homeowner is required to obtain. Check with your provider or contact Brown & Brown, who is providing property coverage for the building.

Inspectors We encourage all purchasers to have a home inspection prior to moving in. Below is a list of inspectors who have performed inspections at Tides and are very familiar with Tides IV. If you choose to have an inspector assist with your punch walk, please schedule them for the same time as your personal walk in order to generate one Punch List. We will be in touch with you within 30 days of your proposed closing date to help you schedule a time for you and your inspector to walk your residence.
