But things are looking up. A mass vaccination site opened in Salisbury, mobile vaccination buses will be offering vaccines to rural areas, more Maryland pharmacies will offer the vaccine, Dollar Stores across the country will offer the vaccines and vaccines might be available for all adults in the U.S. by April.
