Publishers’ Note: Celebrating 70 Years!

Here at Tidewater Times, we have always prided ourselves on being a family. Now, we want to celebrate an addition! On September 17, the Farwell family welcomed a new daughter when our son, Ben, married Alyssa Shaffer. We couldn't be happier.

This year, Hugh and Evelyn Bailey, our former publishers, would have celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. John and I marked 30 years together earlier this year. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
