SUMMARY I’m a handy and skillful architect with a positive attitude and work ethic. Easily craft an idea to create a beautiful and practical design. Graduated in 2007 and worked for some architect firms in Vietnam since 2007. In Sep 2013, I joined and started a new career with RMJM Dubai, a well-known Scottish firm. This is a milestone in my career that boosted my knowledge to international standards. In April 2017, I joined Studio International Engineering Consultants as a senior architect and until the present. I have 13 years of experience working in architecture design and consultancy. My experience ranges from medium to large scale high-rise projects with advanced knowledge in Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Indesign, and Photoshop. My goal is to focus on design, sharpen my architectural design, thinking, and management skills. Thus, I’m applying for the master’s programs to implement and fill in the missing gaps in my academic knowledge. I would be much appreciated your review and kind consideration. Triple Bay Staff Village Marina Community Spine
The Marina and Community Spines are the main primary pedestrian routes connecting the Triple Bay Staff Village phase 1 together. The Marina Spine connects the commercial plaza on the south of phase 1B to the rest of the phase 1A up to the north. Along the spine several amenities and village squares are located when intersecting with the tertiary roads. The Community Spine of phase 1A connects the village from the west side of the wadi frontage all the way to the villas clubhouse to the east passing through public squares and the central park. This spine encourages the population interaction and pedestrian / cycle movement along the master plan while maintaining the urban identity of each zone. Cafésw, dining areas, outdoor seating, shaded structures, open spaces and social games are all a feature of the village community spine in a hope to create a well connected residential community.
