I got engaged myself in 2019 so I know what an exciting time this is for you both. I pride myself on making sure you have a day that not only captures your style and vision but also captures who you are as individuals and as a couple. My aim is to help you have the wedding day of your dreams. A lot of couples have a vision of how they want their wedding day to be in their heads but don't know how to make it happen and this is where I come in and help execute your plans so they become a reality. I believe in a wedding day mirroring who you are as a couple and showcasing your style and love for each other in front of those you care about the most.
A lot of people including myself at one point underestimated the time and dedication that goes into planning and deigning a wedding. It can take a lot of time and pressure to pull off your dream day but what I aim to do is help you every step of the way to help relieve this for you and ensure it's a truly enjoyable experience leading up to the day and of course on the big day itself. I want you to enjoy the planning process and go into married life calm and happy knowing I will be there for you. Life for many people these days has become a lot busier juggling families, work and other things, so combining all that with planning a wedding it can all soon feel impossible.

2020 Brochure Every client is unique and so are your needs, so each wedding I help create and design will be unique too. I believe every wedding should be different and not like the last. I design every aspect of your wedding around you and what you want. I offer 4 different packages but as my services are bespoke I can add and take away any elements and services you do not want and add any extras you may require.Â
This is why the free consultation at the beginning is very important as it is where we will discuss everything in great detail. Once we have had the meeting and you want me to create your wedding I will write up a proposal which you will then read and sign. Once that is done I will start working my magic and making
All weddings are unique and I don't think any wedding should be like the last so I make sure all my services are bespoke. I have put some packages together as a rough guide of what I offer, however all my services can be tailored to your individual needs and requirements. If there's things you want or don't want included just contact me and we can discuss it all in more detail. This is why I offer all my potential clients a free initial consultation so we can discuss everything in more depth. I want to know what makes you tick, your favourite colours, what foods you like and don't like, how you met, who asked who out etc.
By finding this out it helps me plan your perfect day and truly understand your vision.your dream wedding a reality.

Full Planning From £1,200 A full quote will be given after our initial Consultation. Full planning is usually based on 10% to 15% of your budget depending on your requirements with a minimum fee of £1,200

My Full Planning Package covers every aspect of your wedding planning process.
From the initial spark of an idea through to the event itself, I will be there every step of the way offering you help, guidance and support with the design, planning and management of your Wedding.
At the initial consultation I will ask all the right questions to really get to know you both as well as your vision for your wedding day. From then we will design a beautiful concept infused with all the ideas and elements you love. As well as helping you come up with the design/style for your wedding I will also help find you the perfect venue, flowers, décor and other things you want to make your day exactly how you have envisioned. I will help you get all the right designers and suppliers on board to help create your dream day. I will work tirelessly to find the perfect little touches that bring it all together.
As well as what I've mentioned I will also do the following. Styling and Design From £750 A full quote will be given after our initial Consultation. Styling and Design is usually based on 5% to 10% of your budget depending on your requirements with a minimum fee of £750

We will work together in depth to really delve into your vision, ideas and style. We will discuss colour palettes, flowers, your personal styles, likes and dislikes as well as other things that will help create your perfect day from a style and design point of view. I will create a detailed proposal which will include a visual mood board and colour palette to show you what I will create, design and style for you on the actual day. Before I do this we would have had depth consultations so what I will show you will be perfect. Ideally we will meet at your venue so I can visualise what will and won't work in your venue. If you haven't found a venue I can help with this for an extra charge.
Once you are both truly happy with every aspect of the proposal I will suggest and connect you with the suppliers I feel will help execute your day to perfection. I will then work alongside all your suppliers to ensure everyone is clear on your vision. This will include the florists, photographers, table linen suppliers, stationery designers, lighting and any other suppliers involved in the aesthetic design of your wedding day.
I will create a detailed itinerary as well as checklists and schedules. This is to ensure things run as smoothly as possible leading up to your wedding day as well as the big day itself. I will give copies to all your suppliers in advance so everyone is up to date on what is meant to happen as well as making sure they all fully get the design concept. On the day I will manage all styling related set up, I can do this prior to the day if the venue allows.

My Final Countdown Package is for the couples who have done all or most of their planning but want someone to take over the reins so they can take a step back in the last few weeks to enjoy their engagement.
This package is totally flexible as the needs of each couple will be so different. This is why the initial consultation meeting is so important as it will give us the chance to have an in depth meeting to discuss your big day. I will also get to know you both as well as get to know what your vision for your big day is, as well as any fears and what your expectations of me and your wedding day.
The aim of this package is to finalise your plans, confirm suppliers and to ensure your big day will be as perfect as you have planned. I will be present on the day up to 12 hours to make sure that every aspect of your day runs smoothly.
When we initially meet for the in-depth planning meeting this is when you will hand over the reins to me. This is ideally done 6-8 weeks before the big day. We will discuss all the wedding arrangements you have already made and any last minute things you may need doing or haven't thought of. I will liaise with all your suppliers on your behalf to confirm services, contact details and timings to ensure all is as you planned.
Maybe you need help chasing the RSVP's, help with little details such as writing place names or help with ensuring guest accommodation is booked. About 1-2 weeks before we will meet again to finalise all the details and then we will build a detailed time schedule for the wedding day which will then be given to you, your wedding party, all your suppliers and the venue so they all know what the plan for the day itself is. This is so things go as smoothly as possible.

You will get my assistance on the day from initial set up until the end of the night (up to 12 hours) I will also help with setting up and styling if someone else isn't already doing this. On the day management of the suppliers. I will be their point of contact through out the day. On the day management of guests Full assistance to the couple if needed which could include fixing of hair, makeup touch ups, helping into your dress/suits and help with ties

Giving out the bouquets, corsages and buttonholes to the wedding party

Help with setting up of the venue and any DIY items you may have (e.g favours, guestbook, bridal party gifts, props etc) Distribution of Order of Service (if no one else is assigned to this) and confetti (if allowed) Collection of wedding gifts/cards when your guests' arrival Encourage the guests to sign the guestbook
Assisting the photographer in organising group shots if he doesn't have someone to do this

Running any last minute errands ( if time and distance allows) A quick tidy up of Bridal Suite ( if it is at the venue) I can also look after any personal items you may need handy e.g. phone, make-up, money etc if no one else is Be on hand to take any photos on your phone or on mine ( if taken on mine they will be send to you within 24 hours, ideally sooner) Unlimited use of my Wedding Day Emergency Kit for any issues that may arise Encouraging guests to participate in the entertainment Clearing up of the venue and packing away at the end of the night (an extra charge will be added if clear up is scheduled for the next day) I will be on hand to deal with any unexpected issues that may arise to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.
