PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A new performing arts center on the Oceanside High School campus to serve the students and the Oceanside Community. The Performaing Arts Center includes a ticket booth, concessions stand, 300 seat theater with an orchestra pit and catwalk levels, black box theater, and classrooms.

CSU SAN MARCOS SCHOOL OF NURSING San Marcos, California

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Renovation of a portion of an existing classroom building for the School of Nursing. The project is a total of 12,154 sf of interior renovation. A new door was added to provide an entry at grade for the School of Nursing with a new pedestal paver finish over the existing roof to provide level access. The new entry connects with a new sidewalk to adjacent sidewalks. The School of Nursing suite includes office, conference rooms, mock exam rooms, a skills lab, simulation lab suite and restroom upgrades.
