The class explains how to approach and discuss potential behavior with the individual and how to get help for a person in need. How to develop resilience in the face of trouble and despair and how to gain the strength and attitude to overcome suicidal behavior. 1330-1530, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Location: Bldg 3415 Miner Road, Room 106 This class is mandatory for newly assigned Fort Sill employees and is recommended for all managers to ensure they make the most of the employee assistance program. The instructor will discuss the services provided to assist DOD civilian Employees, retired military and family members in achieving their potential, both on off the job. Also covered in the class will be the Drug Free Workplace Act and current procedures for civilian biochemical drug testing.

Location: Goldner Gym Got Anger? Feel Stressed? Well, let’s box it up and knock it out!! This special session is focused on physical activity geared to assist with your emotional build-up. We will be hitting the bags while attending the cardio intensive boxercise class at the Goldner Gym. Mr. Mike Garcia is ready to work out our anger while we also work out our physical body. Please note: comfortable clothes and gym shoes are strongly suggested for physical training. 1330-1530, Annual Civilian Drug Testing Brief for Supervisors Location: Bldg 3415 Miner Road, Room 106 This is an annual requirement IAW AR 600-85. All supervisors of Testing Designated Positions (TDP) are required to attend this brief. This class will encompass information regarding the Drug Free Workplace, Pre and Post Testing procedures, and resources for assistance.
