welcome
My name is Tigmanshu Bhatnagar. Welcome to my portfolio. It showcases some of my best works in the field of Industrial Design, Human Centred Design, Interaction Design and Visual Communication. I started my Master’s in Integrated Product Design at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, TU Delft. Through this academic experience, I am training myself to be an accomplished Industrial Designer and be the leading face of Contemporary Indian Design. The goal of my professional life is to spark a design revolution in India and promote a culture of design and fabrication to provide the right direction of creative growth in a culturally rich country, which at its developing stage has been deprived of its original design language.

Manja We were shown an IKEA curtain hanger and its assembly and were asked to come up with a new design for the same function. This project was part of our bachelor Product Detailing coursework. We worked in a team of three and came up different concepts, discussed and finalized on one of them with the help of our professor and the shop in-charge. We recognized the negotiable and non-negotiable functions and aimed to reduce effort on the part of the user in terms of steps involved in its usage, fixing it, adjusting etc.

Patient Assist Device PAD is an interactive personal healthcare assistant, which is provided by the hospital post treatment to their patients. It’s a touchscreen device that educates patients and their informal caregivers, represents their monitoring data, access telehealth and emergency services and is a resource for all the patient information. It’s a one-point access for the patients, like a passport to the healthcare world. It brings communication and healthcare co-ordination to the patient’s fingertips.
