Every year, Hall boys are invited to enter a submission for the Bryanston Science Essay. The submission is a report in either Biology, Chemistry or Physics which needs to demonstrate that it has met the competition’s exacting standards; markers are looking for a piece which is well structured, clearly focused and well presented in fluent English with scientific theories and arguments logically introduced and developed. This year Ishaan Sheridan was awarded first prize, for his Biology report on Cheating in Sport.
