Select the game date(s) and approximate number of tickets your group will need for your outing.
2. Call the Timber Rattlers office at
920-733-4152 and ask for a Group Representative or email us at info@ timberrattlers.com. Reserve your tickets early to ensure your first choice of date(s). There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to book a group and reserve tickets. Have your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) ready when calling in.

Final group numbers and payment in full is required THREE weeks prior to your game date. The Timber Rattlers accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or money order. No reductions or refunds will be issued after giving final order. Additions accepted based on availability.

Group tickets may be picked up at the Timber Rattlers box office or sent by mail ($5). Tickets are not mailed if ordered within one week of game date. Parking may be purchased in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: • No refunds/exchanges on purchased tickets, deposits or balances. • If game is called due to weather, group ticket may be exchanged for any 2015 regular season game, based on availability. • If you paid for a group member who cannot attend the game, the unused ticket may be exchanged for a grass seat for any 2015 regular season game. • Picnic food will be served regardless of inclement weather. SUITES
Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium features six VIP suites located behind home plate on the Club Level. Each suite includes 14 tickets and three VIP parking passes. Temperature-controlled suites provide a fully furnished indoor experience that includes a table, chairs, refrigerator, and cable television. Suites also include private outdoor seating for up to ten guests for a true ballpark experience. VIP suites are available for $420.00 per game. Up to six additional tickets can be purchased for each suite for an additional $30.00 per ticket. Suite holders can pre-order food and beverages from the Suite Menu. All suites will have wait staff service to take orders during the game as well.
