THE CONCEPT my inspiration was Art Nouveau which i interpretated it in a modern way. i decided to create the exterior all black and the interior mostly white. The only colors that i used were for the tubes, that are hanging from the ceiling and create a nice effect. The colored tubes are used to create a contrast between modern and classic , new and old and they also connect in a way the entrance with the back part of the interior. floor plan waiting area

LOFT IN TUSCANY | JEFF KOONS residential design | location : tuscany , italy | surface : 410 m2
THE
CONCEPT
i decided to place the public area which includes the dining area , kitchen and living area as one big open space that will be distinguish by the furniture that I am going to use in the southern side of the space, while the guest bedroom with the pubic bathroom , the storage with the mini gym is in the north. The wow effectc of the tuscan loft is the organic staircase which is made by using my client's favourite material , cromed metal, which I decided to use in a pink- magenta color to pinpoint Jeff's personality and style even more . The ceiiling under the mezzanine includes bold geometric designs . F L O O R P L A N f isrt f loor

JEFF KOONS LOFT IN TUSCANY
As for materials i found that his work is very personal to him and meets his style and taste, i picked materials from his work, the chrome metallic material that is very common in his work and its his signature will be used as a focal point for the stair case, to relate to his work i used the aspect of contrast by using a cool hue of white. the white color will help to give the futuristic ambient and to make THE focal point be the center of attention and to stand out. As for the finishing of the furniture I went with saturated colors for the sofa as it is very much connected with the concept, also the metallic color will be used through out the project but in a minimal quantities so it does not disturb the focal point.

eclectic apartment | milan , italy residential design | location : milan , italy | surface :320 m2
the concept cities where housing space is at a premium, the conversion of eclectic spaces into homes is a growing trend. For this apartment in milan , I chose to embrace rather than play down the modern background of the space, leaving the concrete exposed on the rough walls and polished floors. the client Marco is 26 years old , sicilian - italian model. he is a young model , travels and works around the world. creative director of a famous sunglasses company he likes modern architecture , open spaces , big obsession for famous furniture design pieces. he needs a place to relax and work when he is in milan. floor plan
walk in closet BEDROOM 5 MTS by 4.80MTS
LIVING ROOM 5.50 mts by 5.80 mts
living room The cool gray of the concrete and the use of white paint is perfectly offset by contrasting splashes of vibrant colour in the furnishings. The furniture is simple and linear : the modular sofa and the modern armchairs. The result is a home which cleverly combines modern clean lines and open space with colors, patterns and textures. master bedroom The uniformity of materials, textures and colour used throughout the apartment harmonise the space, striking the perfect balance between rough and soft, and highlighting its eclectic roots while sacrificing none of the comfort of a modern home. see the positive in the nagtive space . a room filled with things can tell you a lot . each aspect , a chiar , a texture ,a light - it's just how i ntended to be . floor plan

house in marche | marche, italy residential design | location : marche , italy | surface : 362 m2
the concept The main concept was to design a functional space offering the perfect balance between public and private. THE idea was to create a pragmatic solution, creating a dynamic/ open space layout which allows for an adhoc, flexible adaptation of the space according to the owner's needs. I also decided to keep simple lines and materials, that reflect the typical architetcure of the country house.
the color palette The colour palette will be simple, staying mainly within the natural tones of the materials in use. clean lines and open space with rustic wooden columns .and raw brick walls.
FLOOR PLAN fisrt floor
FLOOR PLAN second floor
structure I decided to change the windows from wood structure to dark/ black metal frame . the frame can be seen from both sides . also I decided to enlarge some of the widows to create more the idea of an open space and also to provide more light in some of the areas where it was necesarry. The result will be the perfect marriage of old and new.
Interior finishes The overall exterior palette of metal, bricks, concrete and wood are extended into the interior of the building. This design choice allows for the visual continuity of the primary building .

hotel room | santorini , greece interior decoraition | location : santorini , greece | surface : 22 m2

kid's bedroom | berlin , germany interior decoraition | location : berlin , germany | surface : 30 m2
the idea was to design a bedroom for cristina, a 2 years old kid , from germany . because the space was quite big for a toddler i decided to spilt the room in 2 main areas . the sleeping area and the playground the space is funcional and the furnture pieces can be moved around easilly .a pale color palette was used to create the perfect atmosphere !
industrial loft design | new york , usa interior decoraition | location : new york , usa | surface : 54 m2 ( open living room | kitchen | dining )
When we think masculine visions of metal , wood and leather flood our mind . all this simple , minimal materials are placed around the space in an organised way so they create a cold feeling . the brick wall texture of the industrial loft is maintained . i decided to play with the ceilling , placing a metal treatement , that makes a conncetion between the first floor and the mezzanine .
the huge wall art pieces have a minimal frame so the art pops out and creates a nice visual effect in the hole space .
the kitchen block separates the 2 spaces from each other , having a really important role , hiding the not needed objects inside . for general lighting some black spotlights are placed on the ceilling to create the industrial look.

Characterized by simplicity, minimalism and functionality The Mr.& Mrs. DiDi Collection, designed by the Timeea B. Diosi, is nothing but a tribute to Romanian traditional old craftmanship schools . Aesthetical part of the design is inspired by Romanian handcrafted traditional wooden chairs . The mini tables were born from the idea of providing to the auxiliary tables a character more functional, that can also develope children fantasy . It works both as a chalk drawing table and as a tray. The secret is in its solid wooden tray, easy to extract and use. Draw and carry your tools !

the bus stop | timisoara , ro m ania
the concept The bus shelters that already exist in Timisoara, in my opinion are not taking enough into consideration, the high vandalism rate especially in the areas such as Calea Sagului , Calea Buziasului , Calea Lipovei.
WIFI POINT
THE BUS STOP
The security for these shelters is very poor. The informations provided are very simple. Like seen before, Vandalism is very frequent in Timisoara (Romania ) as in any other western european countries.
The glass panels have to be replaced quite frequently, some as often as once amonth, which costs the city quite a bit on the long run. To enable vandalism to a maximum, and have a bus shelter that is still functional if vandalism occur (eg: scratching, tagging), no part of the bus shelter should be breakable.
To prevent parts from breaking or being dismantled, the different parts of the shelter (eg: seats, rooth, walls, map ) should be made from theminimal amount of parts possible.
