BPO Skills Academy has actively been combatting unemployment by creating hundreds of job opportunities for unemployed youth in South Africa Working hand in hand with Industry and Funding, we succeeded in bolstering the BPO Industry with work-ready candidates in South Africa to grow in the face of COVID-19. We are an active participant in the Cape Skills and Employment Accelerator Project which will create 3000 jobs in the BPO sector over the next three years
BPO Skills Academy creates Learnership and Internship opportunities for unemployed youth in South Africa. We facilitate National Qualification Training to Learners and also place youth in experiential workplaces.

Little Themba walks into a spaza shop and walks up to the lady at the counter.
“ How much is a chocolate cone ice cream?” he asks “
R5” the lady answers rudely.
He only has R5 and ponders whether he should spend all of it on ice-cream.
“How much is the Vanilla?”
“R3” answers the lady, visibly annoyed.
Little Themba counts with his tiny fingers and buys the R3 ice cream. He walks out with a big smile on his face. .retnuoc
