Recognizing a void in the market for engaging family-friendly content for Chicago-area parents, Time Out Chicago Kids was launched in May 2009 with the goal of arming parents with the tools needed to make the most of all Chicago has to offer. In just two short years, the magazine has made impressive gains in both frequency and circulation, and is poised for even greater things in the year ahead.
