Pest Free Howick Ward Free trap hand-out days: Bucklands Beach Primary 2.30pm to 4pm – Rat Traps – Wednesday 12, 19, 26; Bucklands Beach Bowling Club – 10am to 2pm – Rat, Possum, Mustelid traps – Saturday 15 and 29. Barbershop Chorus New Zealand Champion Barbershop Chorus returns to Howick. City of Sails Barbershop Chorus are singing at Uxbridge Arts & Culture May 3 at 2pm. Complemented by very popular artist Marian Burns. Well-known around Howick for her gifted and amusing renditions with her ‘talking’ violin.
