The Township Community Arts Council (TCAC) creates a physical and organizational arts infrastructure for the Township of Esquimalt and beyond.
We advocate for and promote local artists and their work and programs, while supporting and enabling access for residents to the arts in their own community. TCAC is a non-profit organization powered by volunteers — dedicated to creating partnerships, allocating funds within the Township and ensuring the public investment in the arts improves the livability and economic prospects of this community.
We connect artists of diverse backgrounds and disciplines with residents wanting an abundant Township where the arts are present, visible, accessible and affordable.
