But along the way, you’ll be reminded what you’re paying for: top-notch service and a creative multicourse menu in a stunning plant-surrounded space with sleek, velvety green booths. Lilac impressed the Michelin inspectors with its “Mediterranean influences, Florida-focused ingredients and French techniques.” Meals start with a selection of hors d’oeuvres that include poultry liver mousse.
