The National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association, Chapter 55 Meeting FEBRUARY 10 The luncheon is open to current and retired federal employees, their spouses and guests. Visitors are welcome. The luncheon is followed by a presentation and business meeting. The meeting is in a new location. Cattletown Steakhouse and Saloon, 3141 E.
