CAR AND GENERAL OPENS NEW TVS DEALERSHIP WITH MERDMOSEL

Car and General has expanded its countrywide dealer network for TVS motorcycles by opening a fifth distribution facility with Merdmosel in Ruaka, Kiambu County. James Mwangi, the Car and General Regional Manager for TVS in Central Kenya and Nairobi and Engineer Laban Thiongo, the Chairman of Merdmosel Kenya Limited the new TVS dealer in Ruaka cut a ribbon to officially open the motorcycle facility followed by a free service clinic.

Mogo Kenya, a micro finance institution was also represented to provide advice and assistance for TVS buyers.

James Mwangi said, “Support from Car and General for purchasers of TVS motorcycles includes a one year warranty, two free services, a reflector vest, two helmets, a tool kit and an owner’s manual. After sales service is provided by the company in the Lusaka road premises and branches and dealers throughout the country. ” Laban Thiongo of Merdmosel commented, “We are happy that TVS customers in this area will no longer have to go to Nairobi for new bikes, or for genuine spare parts because we have them here. We also stock MRF tyres and Motorol oil.”
