OUR THRIVING WORKPLACE At Evolve Housing (Evolve), we are dedicated to addressing the shortage of affordable housing in Australia and providing housing services and support to those in need. We understand that to achieve these goals, we have to attract and nurture a team of skilled, professional and enthusiastic employees to help us respond to new opportunities and challenges. KEEPING EMPLOYEES SAFE At Evolve, we are committed to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees and the communities we support. Our induction, Work Health & Safety (WHS) training, field safety, incident management procedures, and lone worker devices ensure that our employees think safe, work safe and go home safe at the end of the day. We have a very active WHS Committee that facilitates open and frequent consultation on work health and safety matters.
