July’s Ultimate 1-Minute Fitness Challenge
Are you ready for the Ultimate 1-Minute Fitness Challenge?
Get ready to tackle a variety of exercises designed to test your strength and endurance and compete against fellow fitness enthusiasts for a chance to win one of three gift cards.
The Challenge: You will have 1 minute to complete each exercise with a 1-minute rest between. All 10 exercises must be done in the order listed below. Fitness staff must accompany members to be eligible for prizes.
• Push-ups
• Pull-ups
• Wall Squat
• Burpees
• Sit-ups
• Lunges
• Mountain Climbers
• Plank Holds
• Dips
• Dead hangs
By participating, you’ll automatically be entered to win a $25 gift card! There will be one overall winner and one male and one female winner selected based on their performance in the challenge. To participate in the July challenge, simply reach out to any fitness staff and schedule your challenge session. They will guide you through the exercises and record your results.
Keeping up with your exercise schedule during the summer can be a challenge, but it’s important to stay consistent to achieve your fitness goals.
Here are some tips to help you stay on track:
1. Create a Weekly Schedule: This can help you establish a consistent exercise routine while visualizing your workouts for the week.
2. Mix Up Your Workouts: Add some variety by mixing up what workouts you do to avoid boredom and challenge your body. This helps make sure you hit all muscle groups and prevents muscle imbalances.
3. Stay Hydrated: It’s important to remember to drink water before, during, and after your workout. When exercising, our bodies naturally lose fluids and electrolytes through sweating, so remember to refuel with water or a sports drink.
In addition to these tips, you may also want to consider scheduling some personal training sessions. A personal trainer can help you design a customized workout plan and provide guidance, motivation, and support. A trainer can also help you navigate the unique challenges of summer workouts and adjust your workouts accordingly.
Another great option is to attend group fitness classes. Group fitness classes provide a fun and motivating environment, as well as a variety of workouts to help you stay engaged and challenged.

Amy’s 15 years of experience includes a degree in science, massage therapy, and specializing in clinical, deep tissue, and sports massages. Her clients include a broad range of athletes, working moms, medical professionals, business professionals, and your everyday “just need pampering” professionals.
She is a 36-year-old Florida native and is the dog mom of a 1-year-old rescue named Cypress. When not at work, you can find her outdoors or traveling abroad. She also enjoys reading, kayaking, cross fit, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
