Member Testimony:

“For years, I passed by the Timuquana pool on my way to the Fitness Center to work out and saw Tracy’s H2O Fitness class going on. It wasn’t until September 2021 that I decided to give it a try. Wow, immediately I was hooked! Every week since then, winter, spring, summer, and fall, the H2O Fitness class has been my favorite exercise program ever. It’s more than just water aerobics. Tracy incorporates strength training, core development, balance, coordination, and even memory and concentration exercises to specially selected, fun music. Every class is different, so it never gets dull. A bonus is the great group of friendly members who participate. The pool is heated and open year-round, and the setting is beautiful. Come join us and check it out.”
