Occupational Health and Safety It is the obligation of Integra Cleaning, as the employer, to ensure and create a safe work environment for all our employees. This can only be achieved with the full cooperation of all employees. To ensure that a safe environment can be created all employees must be aware of safety issues. It is our management’s policy to continually monitor and maintain a proper safe work environment. Safe Work Method Statement: > A site-specific safety management plan is drawn up for each contract. > OHS&R risks are identified by consultation and with employees, area managers, supervisors and other key personnel on site. > Identified risks will then be assessed in relation to our particular tasks and documented, and a manual produced for employee use. > In consultation with the Site Manager, general site safety procedures will be observed and incorporated into the site management plan. > Emergency procedures as per our accident and emergency response protocol. > Training to include induction and work activity content.

These services include: Dedicated area manager, every customer is assigned a dedicated, local Area Manager. This manager is responsible for making sure you are happy with our work and is on call whenever you need to speak to them. Good local managers and good local staff allow us to provide the personal attention you would expect from a small company. This local service is backed by the resources and stability of a larger company, which provides our customers with the best of both worlds. Annual program performance, reviews to detail our accomplishments and achievements. Annual customer surveys, to gain a clear understanding of our performance in meeting your service requirements. Quality control, a vital part of the quality process is the monthly quality audit meeting. Prior to the meeting, the Manager will inspect the site and note any areas for improvement. At the meeting, they will ask your opinion on the service we are providing and discuss any areas where we may be able to make further improvements in the future. A Customer Satisfaction Report is completed during the meeting and sent to our Operations Director who carefully reviews customer feedback and notes any action points

required in the coming month. Frequent rounds, by our on-site management team to assess service levels and alert our managers to any recurring or potential concerns. Daily supervisor inspections, to show the quality of work performance achieved in a particular area and the necessary improvements. Communication, One of the keys to the success of any business relationship is good communication. This is one of our greatest strengths. As well as the monthly quality audits, we provide you with a daily communication log book which is left on site and designed to help you communicate directly with the cleaning staff in situations where the cleaning is performed out of hours. Of course, communication is a two way process and this log book also allows our cleaners to let you know about anything that needs to be brought to your attention.

Customer Ser vice We accept that at times, things may not go to plan and may not be able to be resolved directly with the cleaning staff. In these situations, we encourage our customers to contact our dedicated customer service team at Head Office who are there to make sure that any problems are resolved quickly and to your complete satisfaction. In situations where issues arise, we acknowledge them and make sure we put things right, quickly. Weekly inspections, to review work accomplishments and set objectives for future work needed. Quarterly department progress reviews, to assess equipment operation, management systems, risk prevention, code compliance, program balance, and documentation. Interviews and surveys, to reflect how service is perceived by key people in your facility. Executive joint review meetings, to report on accomplishments, current program status, and future objectives.
