The company invested significant resources in establishing a full service security company, which offers manned guarding, patrolling and electronic security solutions. Our management team at ESS Security offer our clients experience in all facets of security work; ranging from static and mobile patrols through to alarm responses and tactical situations including surveillance and crowd/event control. To ensure you the best level of protection all of our staff are trained and understand the basis of being seen. Our job as a Security provider is to ensure no untoward activity commences – rather than stopping something in progress. Our aim, by an active constant visual reminder is to discourage and/or dissuade those inclined to activities detrimental to you and/or your client’s wellbeing and peace of mind. Reports In addition to the Site Log is a copy of an Incident Report. If no incidents have occurred warranting a report – a nil report is sent. In the event that some activity requiring additional attention has occurred a fully documented report is sent covering all salient features, witnesses, outside support enlisted, etc and detailing the disposal of those involved. This ensures you are kept informed and can deal with any additional aspects that may arise. Our primary aim is to prevent such items occurring in the first place – where possible.
Identify the OHS&R training needs of management, supervisors and workers on site. Ensure that all personnel undergo induction and necessary task training to conform to OHS&R standards. Maintain appropriate records of OHS&R training provided to personnel on the site. Build understanding and responsible attitudes. Ensure knowledge about OHS&R issues, hazards and procedures.

These services include: Dedicated Area Manager Every customer is assigned a dedicated, local Area Manager. This manager is responsible for making sure you are happy with our work and is on call whenever you need to speak to them. Good local managers and good local staff allow us to provide the personal attention you would expect from a small company. The resources and stability of a larger company, which provides our customers with the best of both worlds, back this local service. Quality Control A vital part of the quality process is the monthly quality audit meeting. Prior to the meeting, the Manager will inspect the site and note any areas for improvement. At the meeting, they will ask your opinion on the service we are providing and discuss any areas where we may be able to make further improvements in the future. A Customer Satisfaction Report is completed during the meeting and sent to our Operations Director who carefully reviews customer feedback and notes any action points required in the coming month.

As well as the monthly quality audits, we provide you with a daily communication log book which is left on site and designed to help you communicate directly with the security staff in situations where the security is performed out of hours. Of course, communication is a two way process and this log book also allows our security guard to let you know about anything that needs to be brought to your attention. Customer Service We accept that at times, things may not go to plan and may not be able to be resolved directly with the cleaning staff. In these situations, we encourage our customers to contact our dedicated customer service team at Head Office who are there to make sure that any problems are resolved quickly and to your complete satisfaction. In situations where issues arise, we acknowledge them and make sure we put things right, quickly.

Response All ESS Security personnel are equipped with encrypted (secure) two-way radio and/or mobile telephones for direct communication with our Control Room. All messages and response times are Data-logged to ensure compliance with the relevant standards. All response times are generally less than 20 minutes and never exceed the Australian Standard (30 minutes). With several vehicles constantly on the road, we can provide manpower to meet your needs.

Our Security Guards All our employees are personally interviewed and carefully screened. Only those with satisfactory work history are considered for employment. All employees are advised on the correct working clothes for the job. Security- Employees are required at all times to have a photo ID to be produced up on request. The client may upon request, keep a copy of this ID for security purposes. Training- We have a commitment to extensive training for our employees. We conduct formal training with new employees and on site with experienced employees.
